Absolutely worse experience ever! Unprofessional attitude from the bank rep with no people's skills. Came into the branch with credit card issue etc. Same bank rep claimed she fixed it but yet the card didn't work when it was time to pay for taxi...Thank God I had cash. It was absolutely embarrassing!nNo point bringing complaint to the manager of the branch as he has no understanding of proper customer service...
Good staff in the branch, very helpful - unfortunately the security guard is certainly unable to recognise adults with obvious autism, continually staring at them and not leaving their proximity is extremely intimidating to an ASD person. Regardless if they sense their different and can not understand why they’re different as an ASD person this can be a major trigger. Hugely disappointing for the community of Chelsea.
Tried to put in a cheque for my partner, into his bank account yes, I had permission from him, I was doing it as a favour as he was at work today. Not only was the teller rude to me after I stood up for them when someone in the line was complaining about them. They refused to help me, told me I was invading my partner privacy we have been living together for 4 years now, even share a bank account with a different provider….I was advised what I was doing was inappropriate and wrong and that he had to do it himself. I was brushed out very quickly..nnI went to the keysborough commonwealth bank and was greeted with kindness and understanding of the situation I was in. I was assisted at the ATM to deposit the cheque, which I was able to do easily as I had all the necessary information.nnI should have agreed with the man complaining in the line, he was right about the service received at Chelsea Commbank. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated as a human being.
Faulty atm’s and very bad customer service,cash got stuck in the atm but still got slugged the transaction.Went and spoke to teller,they said “bad luck because i am an anz customer go lodge a claim through Anz”,even though it was their faulty atm.I went to Frankston Anz nicest,politest service and claim is being processed.AVOID CHELSEA COMMONWEALTH AT ALL COSTS ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE WITH ANOTHER BANK!
I have been attended by Lauren, very informative and lovely lady, gave me a lot of useful advices and helped me out with all my questions.. also appointed me for a meeting with Lance who was also very professional and provided a lot of helpful advice.
