The one thing everyone reading this comment will experience during their visit at this centre is: 'It's all your fault and the staffs are doing you a favour.'nnThis hell hole needs major remodeling. Either provide proper training to all staffs regarding professionalism or fire them all it's worth it.
Really poor sevice, long waiting times and rude staff which seem to try to cover their poor banking knowledge.nToday's customer service rep was sucking on her smoothie while tending to customers.nWorst bank to deal with.nTime to bank elsewhere.
What a joke, staff member walking around asking what we are here for! How about jump on the spare teller you have and help service!!! In the line now for 35 minutes with still 4 people in front!! Well done CBA, you should be embarrassed , oh and the line is now out the door
