What a nice atmosphere that every tine I go to your bank I’m always greeted by a nice smile and a happy face by Karin. She’s always at hand with every customers who go there. She’s a very good asset to your bank and I’m hoping she’ll stay Special mention also to Tracey, Sandra and Nicola who I find very friendly
today went there to fix some issue regarding my digital card. the old lady was there very rude and bullshit. she doesn't want to listen to the problem but raising the voice instead of listening. lack of knowledge and bad communication skills. don't know how to represent and talk to customers. she could be bit polite. very arrogant.nbad experience.
Don't know who the older lady was at the teller but a little kindness goes a long way.nShe was all over like a rash with the man in front then spoke to me like absolute dirt when served. I know I was dressed in my best clothes but management should teach there staff some polite customer service. Because of this we have changed banks.
Nothing wrong with this particular branch. However, I would recommend you choose a different bank because if you have an issue such as completing an online transaction due to automatic fraud protections and need to speak to someone to get the transaction to go through, you need to speak to a call centre that is only open until 8pm Sydney time. Due to timezones this can be quite inconvenient when living in WA. The solution to this is to open a call centre in a country that has an easy to understand English accent.
I had a wonderful experience at the Cockburn branch while visiting with a friend, which motivated me to switch back to Commonwealth Bank. However, my second visit, this time to the Booragoon branch on 3/12, was deeply upsetting.nnAt the entrance, I was assisted by Karin, whose attitude and behavior shocked me. When I approached her, she immediately put on a mask and acted as though I might be carrying a virus. While waiting to be served, I observed her interactions with other customers and realized her behavior toward me appeared to be racially motivated, as I am Asian. I have evidence of this incident should the branch decide to follow up, or they can review the CCTV footage to see her actions toward me.nnThis kind of conduct is entirely unacceptable, especially from someone in a customer service role. I called the customer service line to lodge a complaint and was advised to contact the branch manager. I did so on the same day 3/12 but it has been almost over a week, and I have not received any response. This experience has been both disappointing and disheartening.
