I went to Booragoon branch after an awful experience at another branch.nnI was greeted by Grace whom despite the long queue still managed to give a big happy smile.nShe provided with options with the matter I'm having and I decided to join the queue of 20 customers which could be one to one half hours.nnBeing inside the shopping centre it allowed me to have a stroll around and lunch. One hour after O went back and was told that lots of customers didn't actually come back so I was a the top of the queue.nnI then had Keeta/Khita apology for misspelling She was very very empathetic and actively listening to me and she tried her best how she could help and even got her colleague Isabella to discuss how they could give different solutions.nnThey went to see Adam, the manager to find out other options. And they did provide me another avenue to solve the issue.nnThe matter isn't finished yet.nHowever, I am extremely impressed with the experience I received at Booragoon branch.nnThank you Grace, thank you Khita, thank you Isabella and thank you Adam. nnPeople may find different experience depending on their expectations.nnBe kind and love one another.
Impressed by Jimmy's service when he helped us create a joint account. He was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient till the last minute. Answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to deal with the issue. Thanks Jimmy.

Staff in booragoon branch was so miserqble and lazy. The older lady sked me to phone to make an appointment. The lady told me that they are busy now and if i call now, no one will answer but I have to leave a voice message for them to call back. Why cant they make a simple booking for me is beyond comprehension..nnStaff in kwinana branch were super friendly and helpful. The friendly customer service lady in kwinana helped me make a booking at another branch. Very very different experience.
Horrible staff horrible people. Really rude people. I was just after statements which I am unable to get them myself as they need for it to be certified copies.nnWe were pushed like a soccer ball with a teller telling me she can’t get them for me because her printer is down, and asked me to get in the line? Wow. Such a big branch and none of the printers are working :
