The only ATM at this branch is consistently out of service. This results in large lines and wait times. Usually only one teller is open with a large line even with multiple workers in the branch walking around. Either open up another teller when the ATM is out of service or install another ATM. Waste of time.nn*Edit* The line might not seem long but it hadn't moved for 10 mins before I gave up and left. Multiple people joined and left the line while I was there as well.

I have just wasted over an hour in the Ashgrove  branch trying to get my ID verified to be told you don’t accept the government issued digital licence - you need to get with the times commonwealth bank we are living in a digital world. Also quite annoyed that two of your staff members wasted over an hour trying to get me verified and I am still not verified because of your outdated systemsnnI would give no stars if I could this bank and this branch is the worst

WHY IS THE ATM ALWAYS BROKEN??? COMMONWEALTH HAVE CLOSED THE OTHER THREE WITHIN 5KM AND THE ASHGROVE ONE NEVER WORKS.
