Initially when I ordered my slipcover, the fit was completely too large. Customer service made sure to fix the issue, and was very thorough in communicating with me until the issue was resolved. The slipcover fits my old Pottery Barn sofa perfectly now! Thank you for making a bad situation right. I am very pleased with the end result!
I ordered a custom replacement slipcover for a Crate and Barrel chair I’ve had for a long time. I chose a denim blue colored fabric and I am extremely pleased with how it turned out. The quality of the fabric is great and the color was a close match to the online swatch. Besides making a quality product, the company has superior customer service. I had an accident before I was able to complete uploading the chair’s measurements and Omar was diligent about staying in touch with me over several months before I could finish measuring. I’m sure a lot of companies would’ve forgotten all about my pending order. Once my package shipped, it arrived quickly and was packaged very beautifully in a custom dust bag. I felt I was really getting something special! I highly recommend this company for your custom cover needs. I would definitely order again. Excuse the wrinkles on the photo!
I was able to refresh a very worn black leather Friheten couch with the brush cotton in rose - its dustier pink colour what I want compared to the brighter pink online photos so fabric samples are a must! Fabric is thick enough not to show the dark leather. Took me months to find the right fabric with samples, customer support was very helpful. I have been using this for a couple of months now and there has not been a problem. Ended up going with Comfort works because it worked with leather and had the more fitted look compared to competitor.
I cannot say enough about this entire process. Communication was A+, fabric sample selection had plenty of info and easy to do, and the process of measuring a custom set of cushions was clear and simple. Customer service was amazing! Just a little background, we purchased an extremely comfortable WHITE couch 20 years ago from Crate and Barrel. We nicknamed it the 'cloud couch' because it was so nice. Well, white and kids don't mix, and it got terribly stained. I tried to hide it with dye but that did not help. I am SO glad I found this company because now my couch, which was otherwise in perfectly usable shape, looks new! Without covering it in sheets! I'm so happy we could extend the life of this piece. I would absolutely use this service again for any other couches we need redone.
I could not be more impressed with Comfort Works and their slip cover products! I ordered a custom slip cover for my sofa which entailed providing the company specific measurements for their pattern makers to use. Communication with me was first-rate and Mark took great care in making sure every inch and dimension was accounted for. My sofa has some unique angles and seams and I honestly thought there was no way they were going to get the cover to fit snug, but I was completely wrong. They nailed it! What they did was nothing short of magical. I highly recommend this company!

Mark, who was our customer-facing contact was proactively communicative, responsive, professional and effective. And, best of all, the slipcover fits perfectly! A win all the way around. LOVE LOVE LOVE! New Slipcovers for my old Rowe Nantucket Cotton Duck Sofa and Loveseat that was fading from Navy to purple bc of living room sunlight. I tried dying the fabric 3 x! These fit PERFECTLY! Easy to put on! The Performance Weave Mineral Blue feels soft and durable! And is the perfect color for our coastal decor Thank you, Comfort Works!
So disappointed when I discovered my sofa's slipcovers had been discontinued by their manufacturer. Upon searching for replacements I found Comfort Works online. They had exactly what I needed with multiple colors and fabrics to choose from. The order arrived in less than 2 weeks with status updates along the way. The construction and fit is amazing.
