The hotel is expensive for the service they offer. If you want to come and rest, it is impossible. Our room was connected by a closed door to the room next door, you can't sleep because you can hear absolutely everything. At the same time, there was a party going on inside the hotel facilities, so I don't recommend it to come and rest. At the same time, breakfast was included in our rate, which did not exist.
We come to rest and it was a wedding we couldn't sleep , they give us a room with breakfast included the check out is at 10 and the door of reception opens at 11. ? Wtf I will never come back,
Many fond memories over the years. This experience - dusty floor old and tires bed. Curtains old and falling apart. New key system a positive.
From the moment we checked in with Rachel our stay was fantastic.nThe rooms were clean with plenty of storage. Beds were comfortable and shower water pressure was great!nWe dined in the restaurant each night and ordered something different each time. Every meal was delicious compliments to the chef, generous portions and great prices. Wait staff were friendly, attentive and overall absolutely wonderful.nThank you to Rachel and everyone else for making our stay thoroughly enjoyable.nWe would definitely stay again
Not sure what type of room everyone else had booked who had suggested that this place was great, but the room we booked was absolutely revolting. We travel a lot, and we didn't expect a 5 star resort, but this queen and single room was not up to scratch. Not only did the room smell terrible, the curtains were so old they were falling apart, the bed was hard as a rock, the windows were filthy, and so stiff we couldn't close them, there was a random piece of chipboard in the wall covering an old hole where a heater? used to be. There were dirty ashtrays and people smoking outside your room revolting if you are a non smoker. I complained immediately, and was told there was nothing they could do as they were fully booked and had no more rooms available. Was also told by the manager that they would contact head office to see if they could organise a refund or a discount, but heard nothing back about that. The manager also told us that because the rooms are on the top floor, they heat up, and can smell sometimes, and since they recently had a 40 degree day, the smell in the room was nowhere near as bad as it could've been. When we arrived we were required to take our bags through reception, through an outdoor entertaining area, where a wake was taking place, manoeuvring around tables and chairs, then up stairs to our room. We had a lot of luggage and valuables that could not be left in the car, so this took numerous trips. No assistance was offered, so if you are older or not able to climb stairs, please take this into consideration. We left before the reception opened the next morning, as we didn't want to spend a second longer than we needed in that room, but unfortunately, we had to figure out how to get out of the building to our car, since the reception area was locked, and nobody had offered up any information. We found a small alley with big fat dead cockroach that we used to access our vehicle.
