Do not stay at this hotel. I have never stayed here but they wrongly charged my credit card and will not refund me. I have to pay $150 so that i do not incur interest on my credit card while the bank investigates. I phoned them and they have no details from the people that stayed and fraudulently used my credit card details and were less than helpful! No copy of photo ID or registration number of their vehicle?? I am paying for this hotels poor procedures! I'm sure my bank will get to the bottom of this but i'm currently waiting 30days for their bank records to be released as they have been unco-operative in releasing them. I question their credibility and integrity across the board. Very very disappointed!

Great motel to stay at. I stay there every few months and the owners are wonderful people and rooms are always clean and very well presented.

Really nice owners, super friendly! It's nice to be close to the center of town and to be able to take a train to Wellington really easily.

It's perfect for someone who wants a clean room that's more utilitarian than luxury. I have stayed here before and recommended it to anyone coming into town.

The Comfort Inn is a great place to have out of town guests stay - it's charming, close to great shopping, resturants and coffee, and Kit who runs it couldn't be nicer. I loved every minute that I was there.
