7pm on a Monday night and not one checkout manned, all self serve and 20 minutes for three people to get their shopping through the only large self serve checkout open. What a joke.
Good service & a bonus I found the chocolates I’ve been looking for & Coles had them on special
Major reshuffle of items and reshelving. Need additional time to find some of your regular goods. Allow for that and hopefully you'll get assistance with a smile if you're lucky or just go another time; or even check out the competition lol
I called to collect two orders for Uber Delivery, the kid said 5-10 mins. It’s took nearly 40 mins to get both the orders. Absolutely abysmal. I am furious.
Only self-serve checkouts are availablenEven the front counter has self serve checkouts attached to it.nnCould not get cash out because the front of store till where you buy tobacco did not have enough cash in their till and there’s no way for them simply serve you on another till because there isn’t another one?!nnWas told if I wanted cash I had to make a purchase first… wow. so helpful. when I only have the amount I need in cash on my card.nTHERE IS NO GOOD REASON TO NOT ALLOW CASH OUT WITHOUT PURCHASE EXCEPT FOR GREED especially when you do not have any in person checkouts so I can get my cash out at the frontnAFTER ALL YOU ARE A GIANT CORPORATION NOT A SMALL MOM N POP STORE YOU COULD 100% AFFORD TO OFFER THIS IF YOU WANTED TOnnDon’t even get me started on the new gates at the exits….. like yeah that’s totally gonna stop people from trying to steal necessities they can not afford unlike Coles who absolutely do make enough profits already they could afford to NOT continue hike up their prices but nah f the poor right?.nnIf I am ever to set foot in this store again it will not be willingly.nSwitched to Woolies for where I get my grocery delivery orders a while ago and I’m not switching back.
