just a big shopping centre so nothing is quick or easy. unless you have local knowledge you got no idea where shops are or how to get to them via parking system.
So many shelves empty. Yesterday so I went to Woolworth and did my big 2 week shop there.nAlso did not have to self serve .
Great lay out, easy to find products, great staff, check outs never super busy. Great specials
There's always long cues for staffed checkouts, because they got rid of them in preference for self checkouts. They promised when introducing self checkouts that this would never happen and the self checkouts were just an addition to give choice. They've also closed the express checkout. Coles always knew this would be the end aim and just blatantly lied. Terrible from a customer service point of view.
Only reason I go here is its close.nBut it's so very dated. Every other Coles seems to have had an upgrade or has things in stock, not here.nSo much space with nothing in it, such a total waste of time. And whoever the buyer is needs to buy more variety like every other Coles as here they are always out of stock with something.nAnd eggs....try finding a carton that hasn't been crushed by whoever packed them and put them on the shelves.nEmpty last week, yesterday a few boxes and all broken. Frozen chip section pretty much empty, no gluten free bread.nDeli counter.....after 6pm, good luck finding someone to serve younnGet into this century and upgrade, and get a new buyer asap
