Wanneroo is lucky to have Coles with all the changes in our lives we still have great choices and exceptional food. We all have to be patient and plan your time better, to be more compassionate towards the staff, Thank you Sheryl your service is what compels me to return weekly Thank you.
Wnen in store sometimes hard to find things but staff are amazing. Order online and it's different. The swaps for out of stock are often odd. You can get stuff you don't want / no use to you. The meat is ofen small
Deli section closes shaving meat too early needed more shaved silverside but got told just cleaned slicer was round 3.30pm then got attitude. One of the worst coles delis ive been too.
Replaced all counters with self serve, have a staff member just watching over to make sure your not stealing, not helping just monitoring you. Worst customer experience process ever put in place by a business, profit before people they know they have the market. the check out process is now a far greater hindrance, not designed for people who want to do a fortnightly or even weekly shop, they want us to do multiply shops which in-turn makes us spend more on impulse add on items ect.
Gross! Upon yet another store visit with only one till open yet again, it gave me time to look up and about the store, the cameras, lights nearly everywhere when you look above eye level is coated in thick black dust- so if they are not paying for till staff or cleaners what actually is Coles paying for? I mentioned it to two staff who couldn’t be bothered with an answer. This is disgusting as they have a bakery and deli and the Aircon is just shifting this dust around.
