Today at the Click and Collect location, I was waiting for my order.nnBefore 11am, there was a tall, skinny male staff member who was extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. I waited there for over an hour, but my order was never brought out.nnHe told me that he would speak to his manager about the issue, but instead, he simply left when his shift ended without resolving anything. I feel like I was misled and my time was completely wasted.
I have been shopping at Coles Wannerroo for the past 10 years and I always have had a good experience but today I was served by a very rude staff member at the checkout. She clearly has no manners and could benefit from some lessons on good customer service and etiquette. She was at register 002 at 1100am.
Great selection of fresh fruit, all neatly stacked and presented. The store was clean and the amazing team member Tommy, was extremely helpful :
Picked up a few things, first time at this Coles 24th Jan. Whilst we were walking up and my nephew got the trolly, I noticed a guy standing at the smoke counter. He was standing there a while, staff members noticed him but still chose to do other things. I felt for this poor guy, we eventually walked in and I almost had to call someone over.nFinally an older lady decided to serve him but not until she finished fluffy around before hand.nWe did our shop, this was about 6.30pm, there were quite a few staff members stocking up the meat section. It was more important to them to get to the shelves than customers trying to get their selection. Someone was sorting items on the floor and another lady shoving her way round with meat trays. I know they have a job to do of course but they could work with customers, be a little bit more polite about it rather than making customers feel they are in the way.nIf it wasn’t for the lovely girl at Deli and the warm greeting we received at self service, I would be giving a 1 star.
Reversed in the click and collect bay, opened the boot and sat in the car. Employee came out with my trolley, left it beside my car and walked off? Just a heads up for anyone thinking Coles offer direct to boot, they do not!
