Never have I ever had such poor experience with a supermarket. First off they always have issues. One time they notified me that my order was ready an hour early. I didn’t press anything on the app, for some reason it was sent to picked up and I no longer could see my order. When I reached out they were no help. They literally said call the store. Cool sure but you could also help what is your job. When the staff brought it out he practically blamed me. Next time I made an order it wasn’t ready until the very last moment because of “miscommunication” with the staff or something. Fix your issues. I won’t be ordering with you again I have learnt my lesson.
5 stars to Fernando who was stacking the shelves today. He took the time to restock the DIY orange juice bottles for us and also helped us troubleshoot the machine when it wasn’t working. Very friendly, patient, and went above and beyond.
I usually go to Coles at Victoria Gardens, and I find the location very convenient. It’s in a popular shopping center, making it easy to access, and there’s plenty of parking, which makes shopping much easier.nnHowever, I’ve noticed that the fresh fruit and vegetables aren’t as fresh as I’d expect, which seems to be a common issue across all Coles stores, not just this one. The prices for fruit are also a bit on the expensive side.nnDespite this, I still find the offers on other products quite good, and the variety is great. Considering its location, parking, and range of items, I’d still rate it 4 stars.
Always good to have a Coles open near your apartment, that’s open till midnight.nnOh, and don’t forget to stop at Kmart beforehand!nnBe sure to set yourself an alarm on your phone once you walk into Kmart though… give yourself an extra halfa to make it to Coles in case you lose track of time browsing and putting things back for 3 hoursnn
It's a Coles. Milk at the very back.nPark on the correct floor. If you park up top & come down the escalator, it will be hard to get all your gear back up the escalator to the car!nThere is a coffee machine right at the Ces front door.nIt is a big big store 10 long aisles Has all the usual stuff, and weekly specials to keep you coming back.
