Very poor customer service at Coles Unley. I returned a loaf of bread that was clearly mouldy the next day and expected a simple exchange or refund. Cashier Sakina and duty manager Mark were extremely unhelpful and insisted I had to drive back to the original store because I didn’t have a printed receipt. This is despite Coles’ own refund policy stating that Flybuys records or card statements can be used as proof of purchase and refunds can be processed at any Coles store. Even after providing all transaction details, they refused to assist and made us wait around 20 minutes. Unprofessional and not aligned with Coles’ own refund policy.
Staff were nice during a very busy time before Easter.nWe had 'Direct to Boot' pick-up and we weren't sure where the parking bays dedicated to it are.nI tried to call but it was busy and nobody picked up.nThe rest was good.

You can park easily and grab some groceries quick from this store. There is a decent variety of goods. As you enter there is a fridge where you can grab a sandwich other foods and pay go quickly. They usually display the items that are on discount near the checkout area so you can buy them conveniently. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you can't seem to find any particular items.
Absolutely appalling customer service. 2 checkouts open. Man in casual black jumper serving on one register. Took 5 minutes to scan 10 items. Shocking
