At 10:40am on the 15th of February 2026 Today, I stood at the Sydney Street delicatessen waiting to be served, but there were no Coles employees behind the counter.nThere was a Coles employee who moved around me at the front of the counter while she straightened the price labels within the cabinet.nThis employee saw me but did not acknowledge me at all, she continued to do the task in the front of the counter while I waited, and then she moved to behind the counter and stood there and stared at me without saying a word.nI asked this Coles employee if she was serving me, and she still didn't respond and just nodded her head very slowly.nI walked away in disgust, why was I being treated with such arrogance and contempt from this Coles employee.nLast year I spent $20,000 with Coles and their subsidiaries, and I was likely to spend another $20,000 in 2026.nBut now I will spend my money with another company.nI will also inform my relatives and friends not to purchase from Coles; this will equate to over a million dollars in lost income for Coles.nI'm considering suing Coles for the upset this has caused me during my shopping experience at their store.nColes can check my time and date with their CCTV and see that I waited and was ignored and I left with no purchase; and then dismiss this arrogant employee.
