We were served by Georgia today and she was lovely.nShe made my day, telling me I only look like I'm in my 20's as I'm celebrating my 50th birthday. She noted my husband has an issue with his arm, politely asking about it and then asking if we needed help with the bags. She made sure the bags were not to heavy. Was quick, even was quickly helping the girl in the checkout next to her.nIf all your staff were up to Georgia's standard I'd shop there all the time.nGo Georgia's you should be proud of yourself.
Just popped in quickly this afternoon and we were browsing cheeses when we were approached by lovely, senior, male crew member to tell us about the marked down pizzas. I've encountered this gentleman before. He is always so friendly and helpful. Cole's management give this gentlemen a raise.
Hello, I like to express my disappointment for this Coles, Sydney street, for some time now. The floor staff are very rude and unwilling to help. They are very hard to find, and when you do, they can sense you want help and disappear. The check out staff and the deli are exception, they are polite and helpful. I would appreciate a better attitude towards helping and being polite to your customers. Sincerely John Lincoln.

Litteraly just saw customer pay 30 dollars for ciggerates I am next ask for 20 cash out old lady Brown hair at info desk says we have no cash. I ask what about the 30 she just pa8d u she says that's for our customers will be calling head office wh e they are open
