Just in there at 6pm, 2 people walked out setting alarms off possibly stealing stuff walking back to car i see ol' mate the security guard out near carpark having a chat to a mate. He must know some of the people I work with to have a work ethic like that!
You're not allowed to leave here without buying something and if you do an alarm goes off... Other than that great produce in the heart of town!
Terrible customer service and staff awareness. I was in there for 20min today with two kids and had a staff member push in front of us and almost run over my 3 year old with a heavy restocking trolley and then the self service staff member shouted no at my 3 year old because he was scanning items like I had asked and they wanted to scan my bulky items first.
Store is always messy, not to mention the pigeons walking over everything. Always empty spaces on shelves, shelves are very unorganised.nIt's the crack house of coles stores in mackay.
Really needs to stock their shelves regularly always out of products
