I have being a customers of Coles for a very long time, but I just see that the bakery are is not doing really good bread anymore the one with shape the duration in my pantry is one day the next day there are hard as a rock, please tell the baker to get a better recepe fopr the bread....
I have been shopping at Endeavour Hills SC for 28 years and have always loved my local centre. I have never had a bad experience here until today with ARYLN. She was really unpleasant from the very beginning, no hello, no pleasant communication, nothing. She didn’t even help to put bags in the trolley, nor be kind enough to have conversation back with me. Overall, the worst customer service I’ve had at Coles ever. And I worked with Coles group myself for over 4 years. When I let her know kindly that “I just wanted to let you know that this was not a really nice and awkward customer experience” she said absolutely nothing and looked at me with a blank face.. and then proceeded to laugh about it with the next male customer after me. It was truly unpleasant and undermining..
Absolute pathetic you guys have so much money taking money from us but yet no one from customer service can pick up the god damn phone calling endeavour Hills shopping Centre in regards to some items that have missing... Call through three times no one is unable to pick up the phone right now blah blah blah pathetic customer service
Great experience, you will find everything you need here. With the recent renovations it's not just bigger and better but has now more dedicated aisle
Floor staff were so helpful, as I was navigating the self-serve checkout.nUsed Flybys points, which helped with the cost of the shop. Make sure you park down the far right end of the underground carpark.
