I did a big grocery shop at Coles Colonnades last Saturday early afternoon. I hadn't been there since last year - the overall standard has slipped and the prices increased a lot.nIt was one of the worst shopping experiences of my life. The whole store was disorganised and messy. Some of the isles had large, additional fixtures in the centre that made it so congested only one trolley could get through at a time. I waited five minutes for the isle queue to move enough for me to get what I needed and move on.nAnd please, train your checkout staff to pack considerately. I had bread in the bottom of my bag squashed flat with tins on top, and tins and jars piled on top of my fresh fruit.nYou can do better, Coles. It feels like you're trying to push customers out of the door and into online ordering. I will just go somewhere else.
Very clean and excellent presentation.nnnI was experiencing an extended waiting time in express/handicap service line with my walking cane and a customer service rep/cashier from self checkout noticed. She was lovely and kindly got the attention of another employee and in under one minute there was a second register open. I appreciated this as did the man behind me who also had a walking cane/stick.nnThe caring and looking after customers was appreciated and noticed. This helps me to determine where I choose to shop in the future. Well done Coles Noralunga Team!
I wanted to buy afl mugs but couldn’t find them so I asked at check out. However the check out chick flatly refused that she absolutely have no idea where they could be. And she didn’t bother to find them for me.nColes train your staff on basic phone skills so they can ring team members where are the products.nIt’s not the customers fault you are losing business it’s your employees. They discourage customers to buy stuff.
Before I posted the review I tried to call the store many times as suggested by online customer service.nNo one ever answered the phone.nI have been told this is the store that my online orders are packed from and I wanted to know why for several weeks MILK is unavailable and not substituted with another brand .. what the point of online shopping and paying for delivery if I still have to go out to get the basics like MILK -nI really would like to speak to someone that can fix this for me.
Coles own brand frozen fish cakes are absolutely horribly disgusting, I wouldn't feed these to my cat let alone a person. Would highly recommend you save your money & not purchase this product. Very sad & disappointing Coles
