One of the nicest Coles stores i’ve ever been to! Had a wide selection of products, even a lot of new things i haven’t seen before! Looking forward to coming back here :3
I politely asked a young Asian staff member to pick out larger prawns for me, and he flatly refused. When I repeated the request, he ignored me. Customers have every right to choose what they purchase.nnWhen we decided not to buy, he muttered something under his breath. After we asked him to repeat himself, he raised his voice aggressively and shouted: “I can really say something if you like.”nnThis is not an isolated incident. The exact same behaviour occurred just a few weeks ago in the same section with an older Caucasian Australian female staff member.nnIs this really how your staff are trained to treat paying customers — with rudeness, defiance, and threats?
Coles at Sunnybank is very well layed out. The customer service is very good. Product's are diverse, I bought a excellent pair of blue tooth earphones with mic for $40 and they are fantastic! Liquid ear. All in all, a great shopping experience. I shop here every week and the price's are fair and they have a lot of special'snAAA+++
Today, I went grocery shopping at Coles with my friend around 4:30 PM on April 29.nnAs my friend and I entered the store, we placed a shopping basket inside a trolley to shop separately. Then, a middle-aged female staff member with slightly blonde hair and a red ribbon took the basket away without saying a word. She rudely said, “Why are you using this when you already have a trolley?” and walked away while I was still speaking, without even looking at me.nnHer behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional.nnIf the manager reads this, I hope she will be properly trained again. Also, please make sure she understands that when a customer speaks, it is basic manners to look at them and listen instead of ignoring them and walking away.
Have no responsibility after selling the product. I bought a sims card here, activated it and it still can't connect to any service or make any phone call. I came back to ask for help/ replacement. The staff over the counter said I have to contact the sim company, they have nothing to do with it.
