I was having a rough day and the staff, especially Erica, were like a ray of sunshine. She packed my bags perfectly and seemed genuinely interested in my day, I have never felt better after a supermarket trip!! Thank you, Erica, this will be my regular store now!
I recently bought chestnuts and every single one of them was rotten inside. The loose nuts weren't very fresh, especially hazelnut which was bitter. Brazil nuts became like a powder...so oldnTo managers: please ensure that products that you sell are fresh!
Coles at Sunnybank is very well layed out. The customer service is very good. Product's are diverse, I bought a excellent pair of blue tooth earphones with mic for $40 and they are fantastic! Liquid ear. All in all, a great shopping experience. I shop here every week and the price's are fair and they have a lot of special'snAAA+++
Do not order online for delivery from Coles. Purchased over $300 for delivery and they cancelled my order and still took my money for “fraudulent” reasons. Spent days trying to get my refund back and never received it. Contacted my bank and they disputed the charge. Was told by countless staff I would receive it. I ended up giving up. Would give 0 stars if I could. +$300 lost. What a scam.
My local Coles at Sunnybank is a great experience all the staff are friendly and so helpful. Now my favourite Coles to shop at, I especially love the manager Ruth, it’s a highlight of my shop to get a chat in with her!
