It summer! It’s HOT! So what does Coles do, increase prices on drinks! Yes they have specials but let’s be honest the ‘Specials’ prices ARE the normal recommended selling price because drinks should NOT be this expensive! Hope your shareholders are happy cuz your customers aren’t !!!
Never order click and collect from here unless you want to wait 45mins to get your groceries. I’ve done this probably 4 times in the last few months and every time it takes forever. Please get a better system to support your customers otherwise what’s the point in offering this service.
Amazing space that is large enough for a Boeing 747! The variety and quality of items is truly fantastic. The best way to navigate this shop is to download the Coles app and make a shopping list for yourself. The aisle number will appear as you create your list and it will save you time. There are lists in alphabetical order available on the entrance side of each aisle for those not inclined to shop with their smart phones. The vegetables are neatly stacked and the special prices are clearly marked and offer good savings.I immediately noticed the cleanliness, nothing on the floors to impede your mission. Friendly team members are always there to assist in self checkouts.nAs I live in the immediate area I shop here regularly and am delighted with this supermarket.
UPDATE as of 16Dec2024:nnWhy this branch ALWAYS do not open their “self serve” check out lanes the one wherein you put your items in the belt? It is ALWAYS CLOSED.nnMany shoppers are buying items good for 1 week or more or even by bulk. Why we cant use this better alternative for us who would like to shop more?nnIt is really difficult to use your usual self serve without the belt for a lot of items. IT DOESNT FIT and I was like in a puzzle mode just to fit all my items.nnI hope you would do something about this. There is an option for a better shopping experience available. Please open these self serve lanes so we could use it! We should not settle for the tiny ones when we shop for a lot.nnThank you!
Just fine. Usually well stocked shelves, however on occasion can be a little average for stock. Be sure to check opening hours before trekking over.
