Fir a smaller COLES it is pretty good. The cashiers are really friendly and helpful. Only area that could be better is their Deli department. The girls there spend most their time out the back, don't bother checking if customers are waiting abd when they do come our you will get 'are you ready'...yes...ive been ready and waiting for 5 mins!
This store is across the road from Star City Casino. Looks very basic like a car park out front, with inside improving slightly.nIt was a good sized store and is the only major grocery store around this area.nHas a nice looking fresh fruit and vegetable section upon walking in.nThere is a Deli area and the usual food aisles after that.nStore can be a bit souless and bland with the customers, so not always a place for chatter with strangers.nThis might sound bad, but not. Good to go and get the groceries done without too much hassle.nAlthough on my last visit I did get an elderly man and his wife? Trip up behind me while I was at the self serve checkout. Scrambling around at my feet picking up the cigarettes that had flown out of his packet. So a bit of amusement then.nAll in all nothing to write home about, but nothing to complain about.
Special thank you to Teddy on the checkout he kindly ran after me all the way to the car park with some shopping I forgot at the checkout. He was very thoughtful and really is an asset to the company. He was also very polite and efficient at the checkout.
Usual supermarket. The best thing for tourists is the long opening hours. Could visit after a long day sightseeing to get random bits. Staff was super helpful too
Lovely staff and a good selection or fruits even though it’s a smaller coles!
