Additionally, the store layout is relatively easy to navigate, which facilitates the shopping experience to some extent.However, there were notable areas for improvement. Firstly, the cleanliness of the store left much to be desired. I noticed several instances of cluttered aisles and spills that had not been promptly addressed, which detracted from the overall shopping environment.Furthermore, the availability of products was disappointing. I encountered numerous instances where items on my shopping list were out of stock, necessitating either a compromise or a trip to another store to find them.Lastly, the level of customer service was inconsistent. While some staff members were helpful and friendly, others appeared disinterested and unapproachable. This lack of consistency in service quality undermined the overall shopping experience.In conclusion, while Coles Nepean Village offers convenience and a range of products, there is significant room for improvement in cleanliness, product availability, and customer service. Deli and Bakery girls are lovely! They always provide the best knowledge of the store and always greet with a smile! I always feel very comfortable with these ladies! The stores layout is great, wish the eggs and milk werent so far from the front of the store for a quick shopping run but what can you do.
I had a great time at Coles today. I got to pretend to be a check out worker, and the staff then pretended I was a thief! It was lots of laughs. The funniest part was when I looked at the receipt and realised I was the one who'd been robbed.
Went to shop here early this morning and did a really big shop big trolley full over $300 I asked if they could open up the self serve checkout with the conveyer belt and was told by I think her name was Tamika older Asian lady they couldn’t do it as wasn’t enough staff and had to go through normalnSelf checkout myself and had to have bags of groceries lying around everywhere and the girl on self checkout was taking to another p rein Danielle and they were just laughing yet all 3 of them plus there was a guy on service desk all of them are checkout trained one of them could of opened checkout with conveyer belt until I completed my huge shop and then could of closed it after as would of been a lot easier I’ve seen other Cole’s stores in the area do it staff need to be retrained in customer service so ridiculous couldn’t have made it easier
I was shopping in the deli with my wife and we were greeted by a blonde girl in the deli and she just walked off into a backroom while playing on her phone. I'm unsure why she did this but I was just trying to get my chicken, I am very unhappy with this service.nnThen a girl with a broken hand and a Parramatta jersey had to serve me after I had called her over, she was lovely by the way.
