The night staff at Coles Norwood are always lovely, friendly, and helpful. They greet customers when you come in and consistently provide great service. They definitely deserve five stars.nnUnfortunately, my experience with the day staff has been much more mixed. While some are pleasant, a few of the older staff members have been quite rude and don't even acknowledge you when you say hello.nnOn one occasion, my wife was almost hit by a trolley because an older staff member during the day was too busy talking to a colleague to pay attention to where he was going. Thankfully she wasn't hurt, but it wasn't a great experience.nnFive stars to the night team—they're a credit to the store. The day team, however, has room for improvement when it comes to customer service and awareness.
Great location for the click and collect bays, the service is always quick & staff are friendly - asking about your day or offering to put the groceries in your boot.
Coles Norwood is our regular shopping destination, but I'm so disappointed with the mess we've been finding lately on the shelves, which is making it harder to find products.
Arrived at 1:30pm during my booked 12–2pm Click & Collect window and thought I was picking up groceries. Turns out I accidentally booked the “mystery waiting experience” package.nnCalled once — no answer. Waited 10 minutes and called again — still no answer. Walked inside to ask for help, waited again, then eventually someone who appeared to be managing the operation came out looking like my order had personally ruined her day.nnNo apology, no communication, no acknowledgment of the delay. Then back to the car for another wait while the adventure continued.nnI completely understand stores get busy. I just didn’t realize “Click & Collect” had evolved into “Click, Wait, Wonder If You’ve Been Forgotten, Then Collect”.nnReally impressive way to turn a convenience service into a patience test.
Availability of products. Oliver was the check-out personal and he was very customer friendly. 5 stars for his service.
