This is my local store for shopping regularly. I was surprised to see the cabbage this morning which was already turned black and expiring today. I needed the cabbage desperately for my menu so thought about I could discard most and use the only good inside part not sure if inside was good. I asked if they could give me with reduced price but the manager D said he could not until 2pm. I could not believe Coles sells such low quality veggies on full price on the day they were expiring.

I have been to Coles North Rocks many times to buy things that I needed and it was very easy to find things that I needed to get for e.g coffee tea food and cards gift wrapping paper and pens and pens pencil stationary  and other things I needed stationary the staff are very good and helpful and friendly and the customer service is also very good I would highly recommend this placenThank younKind RegardsnRaniya Nath

Do not visit this store unless you enjoy being ignored and accused wrongly!nnThe female staff with very short coloured hair and gold name badge who works in the self-check-out counter was incredibly disrespectful and unhelpful.nnNot only did she ignore me twice when I was raising my hand up requesting for her assistance, she even decided to chit-chat with other people for minutes before she reluctantly came to me.nnWhen it finally came time to process my request of using my raincheck issued by Carlingford Coles, she questioned the validity and legitimacy of the voucher.nnHere's the worst part - she asked her store manager to come help, and ironically the store manager was even more unprofessional. He again questioned the validity of my raincheck and even threatened to call the Carlingford Store Manager.nnThis encounter made me feel like I was being suspected as a deceiving thief of some sort, and there were no apologies given.nnThis behaviour from both the staff and the store manager is unacceptable and should not be tolerated under any circumstances.

For weeks I have been saying that I am going to write a review and today is finally the day.  Not sure what has happened with this store these past 12 months or so, not sure if the store manager has changed but in terms of store presentation their is no pride in this store.nnShelves are often empty, empty boxes left on shelves, low stock,  no bags in the fruit and veggie section you have to walk around to find some bags.   Often I have picked up spoilt food and given it to staff..nnAll this store needs is a store manager that actually takes pride in the store they are responsible for.   Organises to order enough stock cause the shelves are always empty despite what time or day you go and they should teach their team members to be attentive as they walk past and see empty shelves with empty boxes.  It really does not take a lot of effort to make a store presentable and it needs to start from the top down.  Take pride in your store and so will your staff!

Nice atmosphere all around very helpful gooda staff easy in n out much happiness
