Mt Pleasant Coles far from pleasant. Arrived at the deli to buy some ham. Right smack bang on top of the melosi ham, a big black dead blow fly! I said to the assistant “there’s a fly on the ham “ she just gazed at me. Didn’t look down or acknowledge. So obviously the second time I got her attention. She then went to pickup the fly and then had a second thought that she should remove the ham it was sitting on. Around to the self serve checkouts, floor at one end was filthy and overflowing rubbish bin, dirty tissue and stuff hanging over the side right beside where I’m to place my very pricey groceries. It was a horrible experIence and will probably not go back there. Hygiene needs to be addressed. Hopefully Aldi can do better.
Very nice store clean, Big selection to choose from especially from the frozen food isle.

Great staff all we need is here. No alcohol sold next door, making it family friendly. Keep up the wonderful work Mount Pleasant Coles team.
Very poor customer service. 20/12/2021 around 7:00pm, after I paid money , the machine scanned one items again, so I told a staff to cancel it. But the boy rolled his eye in front of me. I don’t know why he did this. But I just want to said it is shame for Coles have a rude staff like him!
