Wont let you out of their store through the “automatic” gates at self serve… they visibly have a button attached to the staff at the checkout who press the button to let you out.nnYou legally can’t detain people, and you definitely can’t call the gates automatic, when your staff are controlling them.nnYou aren’t boarder control.
I prefer going Coles for basic needs. The shelves are tidier and more stocked up compared to Woolies. Also tried using the click and collect, however I found that it is not the most efficient. The phone reception to contact them is also not that great in the car park, so be prepared for that. Overall, staff are helpful and this is a reliable Coles to shop at.
The worst ever click and collect service. I have always been doing click and collect due to kids as I don't want to go along with them inside the store. Today i did the click and collect with coles merrylands for the first time. I reach there and tap on app i have arrieved then called more than 3 time on the number that they gave on car park no reaponse, and on the app it says i have picked up my order. Then finally when they pick up the call and me waiting for more than 25 minutes the lady asks me that i should have come to the counter as my order is on the front, i mean why should i? if i have chosen click and collect. Probably my last time shopping online from coles.
I would specifically want to mention your team member named Noor. She doesn't know how to treat customers at all. I had my toddler with me on self checkout centre and she was up there to assist customers and when I asked for assistance as it popped up on one of the counters, the way she reacted was very ruthless as if she was doing a big favour and on top of that she started to teach me how to scan things making me feel dumb and because of my dumbness now she has to work harder. I would recommend the management team to take strict action against her. I always shop around this store, but always had good customer service unless today.
When I was shopping here at Coles, I asked the worker Noura who said she was manager for help with a product and she was very rude and disrespectful towards me, disgusting behaviour I would not come back. She gave no assistance whatsoever. False Advertisement
