I would specifically want to mention your team member named Noor. She doesn't know how to treat customers at all. I had my toddler with me on self checkout centre and she was up there to assist customers and when I asked for assistance as it popped up on one of the counters, the way she reacted was very ruthless as if she was doing a big favour and on top of that she started to teach me how to scan things making me feel dumb and because of my dumbness now she has to work harder. I would recommend the management team to take strict action against her. I always shop around this store, but always had good customer service unless today.
This coles has gone down the drain over the last few years!nnThe store, in particular the floors are always sticky and dirty, the staff at the self checkout are rude and not helpful at all and there is hardly any open cash registers!nnWhen you ask them to open one because you have a full trolley they refuse and make you go through self check out!nnThe fresh produce is so so, I have come across mouldy bread and out of date chicken, yoghurt and even pizza!nnThey definitely need to lift their game, as for me I changed stores and do my shopping at Wentworth point Coles!
They still have more self serve checkouts. Which only means , they do not hire as many people.
I am a dedicated Coles shopper but that is very clearly coming to an end. The last 3 weeks I have brought my shopping home only to have a dairy product out of date. IM not wasting my petrol to go back down to return & refund 1 item. Not only that the shelves are always empty, the checkout facilities are appalling out f 13 registers they average 1 open & a a few for self service.nWoolies is clearly looking like a better option moving forward or perhaps Aldi sad but true The saddest thing is this review wont even get a reply!
Great shop, always got what I've every needed & more, friendly staff. Clean & tidy shop.
