Thank you Lauren and colleagues for your amiable and receptive service nnThis supermarket in Maylands is truly remarkable It has stock aplenty that also cater to the demographics of residents living in the surrounding suburbs from fresh produce to chips and drinks to dairy to detergent and more, Coles can definitely get your grocery needs sorted
This has been my main shop for years - no longer. My car has been damaged too many times .. small bays, the floor staff expect you to move out of their way, and it’s transitioned to a self-serve store. Plus I’m sure this year’s half-price was last year’s full price.
The carpark is a nightmare, not to mention the people who frequent this Coles. There is something stinky going on in the Seafood deli section, it reeks like off fish/seafood. Please do a deep clean of your store it’s rank!
Shopping was good but as we finished the self checkout there was a very verbally aggressive customer who intimidated your staff member who was only trying to help. This also made your customers very uncomfortable. Please provide a safer place for all and contract some security staff
Coles Maylands really needs to fix the very large pothole in the parking area. It's been there for weeks. The amount of money customers spend in the store should surely oblige Coles to give their loyal customers the respect of a safe car park.
