Very nice store with limited hour parking. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Well covered all food groups, no empty shelves, clean and well signalled to find all you need very easy.nThe flow is a bit tricky, but once you get use to, gets easier to navegate.
We have a Coles already. Coles acts like a tumour and acquires leases to prevent smaller business from getting in their way, then runs a terrible store, fruit and veges are always low quality, I've been sold expired products before. Coles local is over priced, always out of stock, lacks workers and is overall just silly. WE WANT AN ALDI
This Coles is so much better than the other one near the wharf, and it's only a couple of minutes walk difference. They have lots more variety, and fruit and vegetable is a whole lot fresher. And their service is a lot friendly, and there's more check outs... It's funny how a few meters makes.
3rd Feb, around 7:30 PMnnHad the worst experience at the self-checkout today. The machine asked for assistance, so I called for help—saying “hello” and “excuse me” at least 3 times. I waited for around 5 minutes while the staff member just kept chatting and ignoring me. I’ve never been this frustrated in a supermarket before!nnWhen she finally came over, she didn’t even check what happened on the screen. Instead, she immediately asked if I had paid for my bag. I told her I bought it earlier, but she insisted it needed to be scanned. I repeated that I had purchased it a long time ago, and instead of resolving the issue properly, she got angry, threw basket forcefully, and acted unprofessionally.nnAbsolutely unacceptable behavior from staff. Terrible customer service.
