I came into the establishment extremely late and met a very kind and handsome man named Torrin. He was so helpful assisting me in my late night shopping. What kind sweet man.
Every time I go through self service checkout, I get the old long grey haired lady walk pass me 4 to 5 times and soon as I go to start my groceries she cone through picks up my carton of soft drinks and saids i will do these for you. If I wanted to have someone do it I wouldn't go through self serve. If I was going to steal something it would be something better the a carton of coke. Next time she does it. She can put all the groceries through, then refund it and put all back on the shelf while I walk out the door.
After today's experience with their customer service I would give them Zero if I could.nWe shopped there today and bought cheese from the dairy section that flybuys had a 20% discount offer on. At the checkout the discount was not properly honoured and as it was busy my wife took the issue up with the person at the service desk. The manager on duty Monique was called and after scrutinizing the offer on my wife's phone said my wife would have to take it up with flybuys. My wife insisted that it was the stores problem and they should refund the balance . Monique then had the audacity to say what's to stop you going to another store and doing the same thing. Clearly didn't read that the offer is only redeemable once.nAfter 20 minutes she finally refunded the difference.nClearly Coles have still haven't learned from the ACCC's findings that treating customers as fools with faulty discount systems and staff with no clue about customer service will continue to trash their brand.nWill shop at Aldi from now on.
I was shopping after a 12 hour shift and I had lost my work phone, the lady named Karen helped me and successfully located my work phone and majority of my groceries… without her I would of lost my job and not been in time to pick my children up. I am so so blessed that Karen works for coles mango hill!!!
Don’t ever get a click and collect from here. They are almost always slower than going in to buy it yourself. People park in the click and collect bays when they go in shopping and you can never actually park in a bay because they are always full because they take so long to bring your order out to you. This morning’s wait was about half an hour.
