The gates at the self checkout are useless... even after paying you need to wait for a staff member to notice you. Awful, much better going to woolies next door as it doesn't have this abhorrent feature
My rating is purely for Ethel. This girl deserves a promotion. She was so helpful and friendly and such a joy to be served by her. This should be the standard of service from Coles. Ethel you made my day!
Came here today looking for one singular cucumber. When I tried to grab it this Twins main came around and introduced me to their boy, Victor. Kind of weird he didn’t have clothes but I didn’t mind. Victor then proceeded to engulf the one and only cucumber I wanted all in one swig and I couldn’t do anything about it. Then, I looped his sorry cheeks for 5 gens and tbagged at the self checkout. Weird kind of family, but I dig it. Good man, good Victor, good vibes. I still need my one singular cucumber though. Ggs.
Hats off to Leylah for great customer service. I had my hands full and she helped pack my bags at the self check out. Lovely girl, very friendly. She brightens up the store.
Was a woolworths loyalist for years, but found increasingly they never had any stock of core items, so I thought I'd give Coles a go. Pleased with my decision.
