Great store. Coles local has had some amazing updates to its store and it looks fantastic. The store has an amazing mural that greats you when you enter. The stores layout is fantastic. I like that coles local has some amazing items that you can’t get at many coles, my favourite is the vita water. I’ve seen other reviews say that the staff aren’t the friendliest but personal haven’t had this experience.
Beware of the cheats at Coles. Especially the specials. These line of cheese was marked 3 for $12 at coles at Concord but at the counter they wanted to charge me full price almost $20. When I pointed it out they didn’t want to fix it but instead they told me: “it’s not our fault it’s the machine” as if the AI now pUnches the numbers without the human input. I will stick to my favourites Woolworths and IGA. NO MORE COMES FOR ME.
Great store overall and we really like the new updated lil coffee machines area :nMachines make really good coffee, however we've been there multiple times at the end of the day and couldn't make a coffee! unfortunately we felt the staff are untrained and couldn't to help with minor services they always give the same excuse, it's on a cleaning cycle nnI hope the managers look into fixing this an issue soon!
Don’t buy this Salmon from Coles! It was in it’s use by date but gross slimy & smelt off when i cooked it. It says on the packet “love it or get it free” but when i called the number on the packet they said that it couldn’t be refunded! Total waste of money but worst still i’m sure i would of ended up with food poisoning!
The store is fine.nYOU LET PEOPLE PUSH THEIR DOGS AROUND IN THE TROLLEY! not an assistant dog. Their pampered pooch.
