Wow—just wow. This Coles Local is a game changer!nnThe range of products they have here is honestly impressive—so many unique items you won’t find in every regular Coles. I actually look forward to coming here because they always have something new and exciting, especially things my local Coles doesn’t stock.nnThe store is well presented and the staff are friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better.nnIf you’re after a fresh twist on your usual grocery run, this is the spot. Love it!
I visited the store and saw greens like chives and herbs that were wilted, slimy, and clearly way past fresh — some looked like they’d been sitting there for more than two weeks today is June 2nDoes anyone even check the produce? This level of neglect is shocking.nThis isn’t a one-off — the produce section is always like this. I shop here regularly and always check the greens. It’s consistently bad :
The produce and deli sections are really well stocked. The cheese section is huge! I spent about 10mins making a selection.nSelf service check out lanes for trolleys as well which is super handy.nWell stocked store and located near the car park entrance on Level G
This has to be one of the worst Cole’s Store in Sydney they only have one register open that register was then closed, I was asked to go to the self serve register. my wrist is broken at the moment so I am one handed will I was scanning my goods I then noticed the same person who had asked me to use the self service went back to the same counter and continued to serve able bodied people instead of calling me over and scanning my goods! Absolutely disgraceful behaviour when I called out to complain someone in charge came over the person on the register also came over to make a bunch of excuses and the person in charge asked her to go back to the register as quote ‘He would HANDLE me! I beg your pardon! Rude Illiterate staff, No Care factor, just like their Icy Freezers that weren’t working, Absolutely Rotten! I will never shop there Again!!
A large, nicely designed Coles supermarket on the bottom floor of Birkenhead Shopping outlet. Great access into this Coles if you park on the right car park level. Otherwise you can access the store via the nearby pedestrian ramp. This Coles store always has a large range of fresh fruit & vegetables and meat products. A large deli counter with friendly staff. I have never had any out of stock issues with this store. Lots of self-service machines or staffed checkouts as you leave.
