This a such a MASSIVE store with the best selections of literally everything.nnI love their selection of flowers and plants so many super cute items nnThe bakery section is on point with so many fresh items nnThe meat and deli section at the back is amazing with the most awesome display ever. This is a super trendy and modern Colse.nnAll sections are HUGE!nnIt does get very busy totally worth it! Everything in one place.nnHighly recommend this store
Cannot be happier with the service I received in the Cole’s bakery section at Kirrawee. I sought the assistance of ‘Michelle’ on Thursday with regard to a certain dessert. She not only checked the rest of the store without any luck but advised me that she would try to keep one for me when it arrived in the next day or so. She was amazing and said she would let me know if any delivery of the dessert had arrived. Can’t speak highly enough of her. Thanks Michelle.
Sometimes I feel less welcome than the staff picking orders for home delivery and Click & Collect orders.
I highly recommend this this store, I had a at the checkout on the 30th of January 2023 & the staff were more than helpful & because my left leg had given up on me & I slowly hit the ground so they helped me up into a chair & I asked them straight away to call an ambulance which they did & I don't remember much after the ambulance got me because of the quick action I regained everything I lost because of the stroke plus I had a friend with me & Coles paid for an uber to take her home which was extremely nice of them. Also I had just bought $105 of groceries which they reinbust me for when I was released from hospital.nI love the store.
The store has everything, and the staff are fantastic, and the liquorland staff are just as fantastic.nnIf I were to pick a negative, it would be the self checkouts.
