Coles Karingal is a spacious and well-stocked supermarket, making grocery shopping convenient. It has plenty of checkout counters, and the attached liquor store is right next to it, adding to the ease of access. The location is great, with parking just outside and nearby stores including a sushi shop, butcher, market, and a coffee shop, making it a one-stop shopping spot. However, the staff could improve their communication and customer service skills. Overall, a good place for shopping with room for better service.
This is the second time I’ve asked staff for assistance, and both times I’ve been met with rude behaviour and no support. I was simply told, “If you can’t find it, it’s not available,” without any effort to help. I now choose to shop at Woolworths, where the team is consistently kind, courteous, and genuinely helpful.nI will not be spending my hard earned money at Coles ever again.
Excellent customer service especially a tall female forgot her name may be clare at the checkout. A very humble & kind soul. Very well spoken. keep it up the great work.
Really huge store - very disappointing that they continue to not stock or rarely stock free range chickens . Whatever time of the day they never have them . Really sad to see!
There for a quick shop. Store is well laid out, no trouble in finding products I was looking for. Only one human attended checkout, but that's nothing unusual these days, although regrettable.
