My go to grocery store!! Hecticly busy during the obvious times, but the store is so spread out it’s mostly fine. Always nice and neat, and the staff are always amazing: especially this one girl with shorter hair, glasses, SUPER friendly, been there at least a couple years now- she deserves a raise I swear. They have the pizza station, hot chicken, bakery, seafood, deli- everything you need. Would highly recommend!
3rd time I’ve been in and asked if they have any free fruit for kids often an empty box with a written label and each time I ask an assistant and they just kind of go ahhhhh maybe ask someone else ‍nWoolworths always has a topped up basket so easier to just go there
I will shop here everytime. This store is very clean and spacious it almost has every product you are looking for. The staff are extremely nice and very helpful. This is do doubt the best coles with the best and most organized products. P.s: the the fresh produce and sales.
Had trouble using the self check out today 18/05/24 and the staff member that came over was not only passive aggressive, but he sighed and rolled his eyes like we were purposely trying to ruin his day. He was middle age, male, and had blue nail polish. Coles Indooroopilly should probably do a refresher on customer service because that attitude was disappointing. It’s also chaotically busy in there.
Welcome to Gulag Coles. Enjoy your entrapment and / or free injury. Even if you only use staffed checkouts you are still subjected to this demeaning system. Coles considers everyone to be a criminal execpt their board, maybe they should reverse this presumption! Apparently you can just push through them though I have not tried but it's nice to know, after which you can call your injury lawyer? Thanks Coles management for making one of the places I liked shopping at the most into the place I hate the most; your talents are award worthy.
