Did a click and collect order and was missing 3 items and wasn't notified that they were out of stock via email and I therefore I should have gotten them or should have gotten a refund. The only item out of stock was not included in my order and I was notified about that and not the other three via email! Still got charged for the three items, and therefore was charged $17 incorrectly! A bit frustrating when you live and hour away! This is ridiculous.
The car park slopes dangerously and is an accident waiting to happen, especially for older people, pushing a loaded trolley, who can run it into parked cars.nComplants to staff, don't help. Their excuse is, the car park doesn't belong to Coles, call the number on the wall outside. When one calls the number, they're told it's not their problem, call Coles.
Went through the express check out. Not a word from the staff, she did not even asked if I had my flybuys card. The same attitude the day before when I asked for help at the self check out. Find another job that's my advice to that young lady.
Limited variety choice of some products.nFlying sparrows ALWAYS in shop !nDifficulty navigating Car Park.
