it's good when it's open, the main entrance is a bit of a greenhouse when it's too hot. There is a good selection of fresh items and it's located in a very convenient place near Glenelg beach, however I was very disappointed when i needed to buy something and they had already closed for the day. on Saturday and Sunday they close at 5pm which is probably okay during winter but during summer it's too early.
If you're comfortable with self-service convenience Glenelg Coles supermarket is well equipped with a lot of self service terminals to really speed up your shopping experience. Cash/card & card only terminals are in abundance. If you make an error in purchase. Don't worry there are helpful staff at the ready to smooth out any mistakes. It's easy. Just scan_ place your groceries in the bagging area _then complete your transaction by choosing a method of payment. It's all touch screen _ and it's easy. Prepaid vouchers for mobile phone can be purchased at self service terminals _ veggies & fruit are easily weighted & identification of your produce is simple. Made a mistake or scanned a product twice there's always friendly staff standing by to offer you there help. It's a really easy way too shop using the touch screens terminals. I really do recommend it. For a quick purchase or for a full trolley shop & the que is always shorter at the self-service check out area.
It is the worst cooked prawns I ever have it in Australia, it is tasteless, funny flavour add up , overcooked, I tell you and all not to buy that food it is horrible, I can tell you now if I'm going to manage that store, definitely it will be the first item to be removed back to the unprofessional and skilled producer Not to deny it was a great service person up there, T

First time I've been in there for ages. I'd forgotten how big it was. A huge stock of everything you need. Impressive.
Car parking is crammed, if it's busy then go park elsewhere and walk. Otherwise it just Coles.
Just bought an item, didn't check properly . When I came home, I noticed that the package has been opened before and there was some white stains on it. Have to take it back to the store and change it.
Great store, clean and well presented, super friendly service and staff, will definitely return again.
Love shopping at Coles. They have great selection. Fruit and veg are delicious and lots of easy meal ideas
As I expected of Coles to be in a relatively convenient location with loads of parking. A lot of easy veggie options for those self catering their holidays. Only had to go once for what I needed.
