Disclaimer: I love Coles Mid-sized store 10 aisles. I'm sure it will have almost everything you will need. And the location in Bay St PM is just great. 2 Entrances. Parking around the side and roof-top. On street parking can get rare and is busy.
I recently stopped by Coles supermarket to pick up a few items, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had a sale on coconut water. I love coconut water and always try to stock up when it's on sale, so I ended up buying 10 boxes. The best part was that the sale was 50% off, so I was able to get all 10 boxes for half the regular price. This was an amazing deal and I was thrilled to find such a great bargain. The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had no issues finding the coconut water or checking out. Overall, I had a great experience at Coles and will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend stopping by Coles if you're in need of coconut water or any other groceries. You never know what amazing deals you might find!
Ok you know you’re at a premium grocery store when you see wagyu beef cuts on the shelf. I guess it’s just a reflection of the neighbourhood but I’m not complaining! Gourmet pasta, original Italian Parmesan cheese & mochi ice cream are all welcome sightings in this better than your average Coles! Only wish there were more of these offerings at other stores.
Rubbish lately. Not only when serving myself a staff member yelled BAGS ARE 15C when I forgot to scan. And another time was told to move quicker and move my shopping. Seriously if I'm serving myself I'll go at my own pace and now they lock the travelator "at night" because security can't manage. Are you serious!
Very bad racist/rude treatment by Coles staff on May 8 2023 around 3:30 PM My daughter studying in APC was stopped today by the security while she was exiting Coles after buying some stuff after billing with a receipt with her friend. There were a bunch of other students who also exited, but they selectively stopped my daughter and her friend judged by the looks, ethnicity. Other students were not stopped for some reason. It's okay to get them security checked as per the protocols, but this is the second time they were stopped. It is clear that, they are being targeted because of their race and judging that they may be shoplifting. The security guard was so rude at my daughter for no reason, they couldn't catch anything from her or her friend. Please train your staff not to pick people based on the looks unless you had solid evidence.It's okay to do random checking, but not with a rude /judgmental attitude. The lady who was there was kind enough, but security guard was so so rude.
It's a great big coles and has everything, just a bit too many junkies hanging around outside, but I guess that's not Cole's fault ‍
By far the best Coles outlet in Melbourne. Friendly staff and pretty much anything you need, you'll find here.
Rude and uneducated store manager Mia. Doesn’t know about basic customer service rules, putting blame on other staff members, lashes out on the customer who was overcharged and politely pointed on the mistakes.
Excellent fresh produce with lots of organic options. Bakery on site with lovely fresh bread. Very good deli. Parking is a challenge so go off peak if you can.
A larger Coles with a good selection and layout. Parking upstairs. Not really any other supermarkets nearby
