Store is inside the North Perth Plaza shopping centre arcade. Always plenty of trolleys available. Store clean and tidy with generally decent friendly staff. Shelves in general tend to be well stocked on most occasions. Parking can sometimes be an issue with not a lot of parking available, and only a couple of disabled parking spots allocated.
Update.. always no eggs in this store… This Coles in good location, but there are no many parking space here. Service was good. But there were no any eggs in Wednesday night.. only broken eggs left. I took 2 good eggs to the counter and told them there were no more egg, so they gave me free eggs. So good service..
This store is convenient as it is close by however they do seem to be short on certain stock often most of the staff are good but the one tall mature aged dark hair gentleman was very short with me just for asking a simple question like I was supposed to know the answer. I got the distinct impression my appearance seem to give him permission to talk down to me. It feels like if your not snow white and affluent appearing you can be treated like a child, which is ironic considering the ethnicity of parties involved.
My review goes out to the number 1 Coles worker at North Perth by the name of "Chi". I have never met a happier person that is so hard working especially working the night shift. You are a asset to Coles with your bubbly personality and positive attitude. You make shopping there a better place. Keep up the hard work and keep smiling. Jodi
I gotta say, I love this place as my local Coles! Has everything I want and more! Plus some really nice staff there. Especially the slightly older lady that is normally at the 12 items and less checkout! So lovely and helpful
One of the staff is really arrogant and gives a strange look when approached. Have visited the store many times always the same behavior from her. Editing this review because i found out She is apparently the store manager. Such a pathetic experience

Small supermarket but missing a lot of products due to the general situation. Great parking options. Excellent staff.
Items on specials were showing as full price when I checked them out. If I hadn’t kept a hawk eye, I would have been overcharged several times. Being at the sel-checkout made it much harder as I stood waiting quite a long time for the attendant to make the changes. This place used to be convenient, but I got sick of it today. Not only does coles save by getting us to self-check, it saves by having just one employee at the self-check at very busy and peak-times.
Bad parking, the 10 minute bays are not obvious till you get out of your car, it's annoying wasting time reparking, have never seen a 10 minute bay at a Coles seems ridiculous to me.
