Did an online order with Coles Westfield Chermside and received the worst customer service. Wasn't informed by the person who picked my order 5 items were not available. She just stood there and watched me pack my order and load my car without a word. I called the store to ask why my items were missing. Spoke with the girl in online order department. She was not very helpful so I asked to speak to a manager. I got Nick who didn't really know the process, he couldn't answer the questions I was asking so he hung up on me and never called me back to solve the situation despite having my number from the online order. Then I get an email from Coles online informing me there were items unavailable on my order and I would get a refund for those items within 10 days. Its been 2 weeks. I emailed them and got a reply to my email then when I replied to their email it bounced back saying this is a no reply email address. So I went back into the Chermside store to get clarification on what was happening with my order. Only to get another inexperienced manager Scott who lied and said he was in front of Nick the day I called initially. What a load of rubbish.. His attitude was completely "I don't care to be here right now" I asked him what was going on with my order, am I getting a refund or am I getting the items that I've already paid for 2 weeks ago? He told me NO I'm not willing to help you and repeatedly told me that I need to call customer care and just shut me down and resorted to the "I'm not going to to be yelled at card".. I raised my voice because he lied to me, he was rude and just decided I'm going to use my authority here to let this lady know who is in charge. What a joke. So I called customer care only to be told they don't have anything to do with online orders and refunds. They only handle complaints. Management staff at Coles Chermside are incompetent of doing their job in regards to customer service, that's all I have to say. NEVER going to shop with Coles again.
Couldn't find a more bigoted bunch of staff anywhere who think they can treat anyone how they like. They think theyre above you. It needs a new manager desperately as hes promoting the harrassememt of poor people.
Positive feel to shop, friendly staff, easy to navigate store. Busy with customers. Easy access carparking or bus routes.
I shopped at this store this week and bought one of the specials Haldirams Minute Khana Paneer Onion Paratha and its a total rip off look at the picture on the item then take home and see what you get nothing like the packet picture now take a look at my photos I tried contact with Coles not much help as it's not one of there own products so they said to contact the seller myself very poor service on the part of Coles as they were the one to sell it to me really terrible product
Coles is in a convenient location for me, close to my bank, newsagent, post office & hairdresser. The staff are always pleasant & efficient.
Lots of food, glorious food This is a huge grocery store at the South end of Westfield Chermside, with lots of parking and easy access. Plenty of fresh produce, meat, Bakery, household stuff, etc. I found some great specials and half price specials A bright and friendly store full of well stocked shelves and just about everything you need to eat
Good store. Good range of food. Had sold out of gift cards but staff behind front counter went the extra mile to dig some up
Shopping here for years. Absolutely love the layout of the store. Easy to find everything. Staff are always very friendly.
Coles at Chermside has become my local grocery store recently. Don’t really have any negative things to say about this place other than I wish they had more registers open, particularly in the mornings other than that the staff seem to be quite friendly and helpful.
Just asking for a copy of a receipt spent on my credit card, I have a date & a time, for 2 consecutive times it was used. The manager wouldn’t provide it to me. I think it’s my right to get a receipt spent on my credit card, and his responsibility to provide the customer a copy of the receipt for whatever purpose the customer needed it.
