Good inner city supermarket. Massive store with a great variety. Missing some more 'high end' grocery items but good value and generally a good range of everything you'd need for your weekly shop. Good fresh fruit and vegetables.
I haven't experienced anything other then ordinary customer service but in terms of the store itself, I have always found it clean with great deals on often with a variety of different products. It is a very large store so their is a lot options and you can buy everything you need. Very nice.
I always shop here Love their veggie and bakery section always well stocked and and fresh. Store is good with physical distancing and cleanliness. Will be shopping again.

Great Coles with lots of range especially in regard to their vegetarian selections. I believe it's one of the biggest in central Sydney. Staff are typically friendly here. It can become exceptionally busy on the weekend, and lines to pay can become quite long.
Convenient for picking up ingredients for a late night feed.
Lovely modern store with good selection. Well laid out and friendly staff. Always a pleasant experience shopping here.
Has a good range of shops. Not an easy centre to navigate, lot of walking from ground to upper levels. Not every one can deal with the travelators. Needs lifts in centre of building not at far end of building.
I just wanted to say thank you to the lovely people in the check-out area. I come here very often. You guys always have a smile on your face, always polite and always greet people. You guys are the best. That really sets you apart from the other shops. Well done!
