The checkout supervisor Susie I was told her name was needs to find a job that doesn't involve customer service. The checkouts are all busy where people with full trollies were taking up the 12 items or less checkouts forcing those of us with a few items to wait in the long lines. Went up to the supervisor asking to open another small items checkout. Her response was so rude & disrespectful, another small item customer noticed my interaction with her & couldn't beleave her attitude. How about monitor the small items checkout at busy times & approach those customers with full trolleys & OPEN another small items checkout. Have more staff with ALL checkouts open in peck hrs. Never been there on a sat morning & won't be back.
Coles waterford staff are always so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They always have neat and tidy shelves and usually always have what I need.
I come here to avoid marsden coles due to alot of teenagers and junkies that hang around marsden plaza even though their staff in coles are helpful. I like Coles here because the customers are normal there is no crazy people shopping here or anyone causing public disturbance. Only thing I have trouble with is the walk way just feels like you walking too close to other shoppers. It's the only place I would mostly feel comfortable going to everyday without feeling like there is rude types of customers
Great place to shop and handy cafes nearby too
Good sized general shop. Good selection yet personel us quiet ubrapt and non carying.
