Large shopping centre with a lot of stores from Myers kmart and target. Cinema, Large food court along with other cafes and food places. Great place to go and seems to be very safe with lots of security around.
went to the self serve checkout and the lady supervising the checkouts came up to me and told me to scan the nappies first! which takes up most of the bagging area! never have I ever been told what items needed to be scanned first. its called self serve checkout for a reason... maybe put more staff on the checkouts. and stop converting them all to self serve
Apart from some staff not taking cash coins as payment. An stalking of staff on me . There better than woolies management at checkout refusing cash as it coin demand I go change at bank. .. No costumer service unless your rich .. Just got stalked at checkout. INTIMADATING threatening Lady points finger threatening my path of passage if I not do as her demands say. Threaten security on her HERSAY when video and recording show facts. Minus 10 for decency in service.
Chaos, lot of empty shelves, stocking shelves at 3.30/4pm when it was busy so you had to navigate around pallets. Check out was the the best part very nice service assistance who did a great job packing.
I just wanted to report a deli assistant with a bad attitude that I encountered not long ago today. I went there to buy some chicken, and everything was already packed up at 6 p.m. which seems early, especially during the peak after-work shopping time. I asked him if I could get a closer look at the chicken inside the bag, as it was what I intended to buy. Instead of answering my enquiry, he pulled the bag away, saying he can’t let me touch them—even though I was a metre away and had no intention of touching raw meat why would I?. He acted arrogantly, talking loudly back to me as I walked away after I said its okay, and that I’d go to the fridge section where I could clearly see the type of meat I was buying.nnI’m shocked to have encountered such behaviour; it felt like he was trying to cause trouble or bully the customer me.nnColes Belconnen, can you please take this seriously?
