One of the smallest Coles around but that’s okay. Only one door as entry and exit, but does not have a sign up at the close by area to communicate that effectively.nnNot till you walked all the way to the other door that the signs are up there and the all the Coles staff raising their voice at the other end to tell you that and the other customers staring at me. May be that’s the business’s way to trap shoplifters?nnThe store can improve your communication by putting up a sign on the door on the outer side of the door where customers walk pass. Why does the manager not even think about that?nnWhen communicating this to the Coles staff at self check out, he could not be bothered to listen but hurrying telling me that there are a lot of shoplifters. Firstly, I’m not one of them. Secondly, you can listen and take feedback. But, it’s up to you to execute that or not.nnNot a pleasant experience.
Worst shopping experience I have ever had. They are understaffed, and sent me around in circles for something they didn’t even have. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a bad experience before. Furthermore the staff that were actually on were constantly talking.
The most terrible experiences at coles, bread expired on shelves. Staff ignored me when I ask for help in self checkout, she speak rudely, disgusting customer service.
Like all big business, no staff ,self service checkouts : .nStaff member standing around talking....
I liked shopping here..lovely staff
