Just appreciate how rude the manager yell at me for get one item more 9pm already goin to pay… it’s really sad and disappointing , never someone had been treated me as a criminal or something like that, I do apologize for get a bit late into the store but it’s no reason for that, if the general manager check the camera can see my reaction immediately when she just yell at me between aisle 11 / 9:01 pm, I will back as a neighbour local hopefully she or someone else from the stuff don’t treated me like that again, thanks for your service anyway though
I don't like to shop and if I go into a store I'm in and out quickly no mucking around.

A solid four stars! Generally I do not give reviews for supermarkets but to be honest most of the coles people are helpful! It is a unfortunate that whoever is/are in charge are replacing customer service with self serving machines, it doesn't appear to look good for employment of staff. People need jobs, especially some of the nice people there surely deserve them! I am directing it not at this Coles, but in general because most supermarkets have it anyway. The self serve did not affect the review I thought I'd put it out there anyway. Anyway, good supermarket and place to go.
I travel to this Coles because the staff here are lovely, the produce is fresh, the store is clean and the people are so much more lovely than my local Coles. Great store and team overall.
