Excellent store and staff. For the most part, I have found staff to be friendly, helpful and professional. Shelves are generally well stocked and fresh produce is kept fresh. Fruit and veg, bakery sections are excellent. It is a shame this store closed its meat deli.
Just had an amazing experience here..nand the people working at Coles Ingle farm are just awesome..I had lost my wallet couple of days back here...Kristy at the billing area...Janet on the phone and a very kind lady at the customer service area.. and every other person who might have involved in keeping my wallet safe..wanna thank you from the bottom of my heart... !!
HinI’m appalled by this future society where we have to check out ourselves , where there are only one or two staff on the floor. One was at checkout but had to wait for a long time while these big companies earn megabucks. Why don’t they just put robots and be done with it and make even more mega bucks and have no staff on the floor and have more people out of jobs.
This has always been my preferred coles of the 2 in ingle farm shopping centre.
No more proper staffed checkouts, I had a trolley, not 1 staff member but THREE of us doing checkout... I wouldn't shop here thankfully not my local. 2nd issue, as a delivery driver this stores online inventory is jumbled and disorganised so that's a loss of time and productivity for me and extra waiting for customer. And to add to the nonsense, the stores logo is plastered on the opposite side of the building of where the actual grocery is inside the shop, lmao.
