Bought some good food at the right price. Was looking for specific ingredients and found everything I needed. Of course you gotta grab a treat while you are in there.nHad an issue doing something with a self serve check out but great staff member helped me out straight away.
I am a dasher in Whyalla area.I had a Worst customer service in deli area especially with the new trainee. I dont eat the food so i dont pronounce the name but the employee who is serving in deli section asks me to pronounce. Even though i am showing in the phone she is not checking in that and asking me to pronounce. I have repeated the information multiple times and she can’t understand. Why can’t she check in the phone if i am having difficulty in pronouncing it. I shop for doordash and Uber. I am also considered as a customer. Why dont u respect customer words and respond appropriately. Is this the way u treat the customers? Employees working in coles should understand and respond accordingly to the customer needs. They should respect all indigenous and customers from various cultures. Worst Worst customer service in deli area. Highly disappointing
There are birds living at Coles at Westland Shopping Centre! I have seen a group of birds fly to and from the bakery section and land on the ceiling above the bread and bakery section! How is this acceptable and how does Coles pass the health and safety inspections!!??
Such a friendly store multiple staff throughout happy to give you a hello clean very modern new store very friendly staff
It's a good spot, things need to be grouped better in the store,
