Good location near Kmart and few cafe eateries with ample parking lot.nNeat and well stocked store.nStocks some great variety and bulk sizes too.nThe staff can be helpful with good attitude generally.
Very disappointed with the customer service at Coles this morning. The staff were extremely rude, dismissive, and made me feel unwelcome for simply asking a question. I understand mornings can be busy, but there’s no reason to speak to customers with attitude. A little kindness and professionalism goes a long way. Definitely not the experience I expected. Staff should be friendly and smile
Plenty of parking availble near the store entrance. The store was clean and tidy. Assisted checkouts were available. Had only one customer in front of me.
After Unley this is my least favourite Coles but it’s not really their fault. The store is small so they can’t stock a lot. The freshness of the fruit and vegetables can be disappointing too. Staff are always lovely though.
I was very disappointed with the customer service today.nnI was eligible to redeem the glass containers using my Flybuys points. However, when my Flybuys card was scanned, the register showed I only had 14 points and asked me to pay $14. When the same Flybuys card was scanned, the receipt showed I actually had 28 points. The staff were unable to resolve the issue.nnAnother staff member was called for assistance, but they never came to help. I ended up wasting my time, and it felt like customers were being left confused and fooled with this flybuys points,
