Today I was served by Kaitlin who was very friendly, polite and helpful. She had help me with the Flybuys issue. It didn’t work out as I expected but I was very please with the way how the issue was handled especially it was nearly closing time! Thanks for your great service. Coles Greenacres is my favourite store. Please keep up the good work.

It's a good store, and nice lighting for shopping, but it suffers from what most Coles stores are doing these days; Lack of Serviced Checkouts.. There were a total of 7 checkout lanes and only 1 was open all three times I've visited this store so far, yet there were several staff wandering around near the front of the store seemingly with nothing to do Maybe open a second/third/etc. checkout lane perhaps when there are a long lineup of people waiting to be served at the only open checkout?.. Just a thought.

Coles Greenacres provides a generally positive shopping experience with its clean and well-organized aisles.nnThe store offers a broad selection of fresh produce, household essentials, gift cards,  bakery items, and confectionery alike.nnThe staff members are friendly and helpful, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere; the background music adds a touch!nnA lot of times there are half-prices, reduced prices and a vast variety of other discounts, you name it!; there are frequent sales.nnHowever, I did notice that one of my favourite chilled drinksup&go was out of stock. Despite this minor inconvenience, the self-checkout stations are efficient, and the parking is ample. Overall, Coles Greenacres is a reliable option for grocery shoppingnn

Cole's Greenacres today after asking Rodney one of the staff members to open a service checkout since their was only self checkouts open and got refused i left my trolley in the middle of the shop full and walked out worse Cole's experience ever unfortunately at this store watching people at the self checkouts  is more important then giving customers the service they would like from a service checkout !!!  anyways went to Cole's Firle much better customer service and more then one service checkout open and staff much more friendly even seen one of the  staff out side helping an elderly woman to her car ! now that's customer service !

Been this place for years and always good service, but not today. The guy in Deli section was extremely unprofessional. I was holding number ticket and standing next to counter but he jumped over my number and straight serve next customer. Even did not give me 2 seconds to response. Argue with him and he insist to give enough time but I did not response. And even ask me to ask the customer he is serving to prove he was right.nnWhat? So are you trying to make your customer to lie for you and cover your mistake? It is nothing wrong with doing an apology and not keep arguing. Hope this will bring manager’s attention to give your staff a proper training, how to serve your paying customer!
