Pretty bad customer service from some of the people that work there.nnDylan however has an excellent attitude towards his job and walked halfway across the store to help me find something. He had knowledge on which areas the product is scattered across the shop. Quick and efficient.nnHe should definitely be the one in a managerial role training others.nnExcellent stuff, because of Dylan I leave the shop happy that someone was willing to help out.
Jo and Susan are the rudest staff members I have ever encountered. They illegally asked me to make a purchase to get cashout which I had done 2 days prior no issues then refused to refund the purchase after the item had not been used or opened. Sad to see a store manager lie to a customer's face and essentially steal money
On Friday, 4 July, I purchased a coconut from the store, as my grandson is quite fond of them. However, upon opening it that evening, we discovered the coconut was off; it was green and the juice was spoiled. My grandson was quite disappointed.nnThe following day, I returned to Coles with the coconut, though I did not have a receipt. I informed the staff of the time of purchase and hoped for a resolution. After completing my additional shopping, I found that the staff had not made any effort to locate the transaction and declined to replace the coconut.nnI must say, if this had occurred at Coles in Willetton, they would have kindly exchanged the item without any hesitation.nnAs newcomers to the area, this was a disappointing experience. We will likely seek out another shopping centre or another Coles location in the future. Additionally, I found the layout of the shopping centre quite challenging, with fridges scattered rather than consolidated in one area.
What i dont like!!!!! is how if your bag you just bought! yep the paper one!!! breaks as u pick up your items as leaving coles!!!nand the security does nothing or the staff!!! really says something!!! HORRIFIC
This a decent store going through an upgrade. The staff are really nice but you have to keep an eye on your receipts as sometimes there are pricing errors. It gets busy as well so best go when you are in the right mindset and can be patient at the checkout. I have had issues with strawberries at this store being mouldy more than once but everything else has been really good lasting to its used or best buy date. The store is clean and it is usually stocked well.
