This impolite "Blonde Hair Lady" age around late 40s, I hope Shell department should take some action to educate this employee on her behavior with customers. Seem not doing her duty and keep on chit chat with her colleagues in front customers and keep the customer waiting. This is very rude.

Stopped there today to buy water and something cold for my kid who got sick in the car. Staff was very unfriendly with unreasonably nasty responses. I would recommend some training in customer service.

Recommended for shopping but please note that more staff needed on tills as it takes ages to pass through cash registers.
