Easy place to shop, good customer service, sometimes lines can be a bit slow with only one or two lanes open for people with trolleys. Have a good variety of items and prices are fairly good.

Just received junk mail for Coles Hastings with claims like even better and better fruit & veg dept. Who judges these claims? Certainly not customers. Junk mail offers $10 off when you spend $100 plus in one transaction...well, once again not helpful to single people living alone and on a strict budget. There is a bottle neck at the junction of vegetables and bakery - difficult often to get what you want because of the traffic jam. We have to walk a lot further to gain acces to trolleys in store, not very innovatine as I think - can't be bothered and grab the smaller basket and just get a few things.
