Good shop, stocked well, staff friendlynparking is great
Huge Coles located in a shopping center. Lots of varieties, food, poultry, bread, etc. Best place to get your daily groceries, convenient and affordable.
We've not only been overcharged,select, pack and unpack our own groceries triple handled before you even pay, bring own bags, we now get detained against our will and are observed by a camera in the face, multiple cameras over head.. And under trained staff stalking and accusing you of stealing really coles and you ask the customer's not to get upset and frustratednColes Central staff members really need customer service training badly.
Great store very busy so has a good stock turnover. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Love shopping here. There is plenty of parking with very easy access to the shopping centre. Coles stock the amazing Harvey Beef. Our favourite is the butterflied Peppercorn. It is the best piece of beef you will ever have! Their scotch fillets are also superior in quality to most others.nColes flybuys program also is worth having. We get back around $1000 each year in free groceries.
Coles Ellenbrook has always been fantastic. Especially the click and collect service. They always remember who I am and my order. But yesterday and today they went above and beyond. I was due to collect my order, but was recently waiting for 10 hours or so in the emergency department with suspected appendicitis. I couldn’t collect my order, so my mother called on my behalf. The young man Jaxon knew the order and said he’d set it aside for me to collect when I was able to. As I didn’t have anyone else to collect my order. Once I collected it today, he knew exactly who I was and what order it was. He brought it out to my car; said he hoped I was feeling better. Then offered to pack it into the bags for me and load it into my car. Well done Coles Ellenbrook for your great service. Along with your click and collect team and especially Jaxon.
